On the proposal of Councillor IU + LV, José Haro, the full City Council of the Union has approved unanimously, the Rules of Civil Baptisms municipal register. It is a ceremony institutional regulation is intended to lead to children in the values \u200b\u200bof freedom, equality and solidarity, so of tomorrow are constituted as free citizens, critical and aware, able to build and develop in a democratic society.
This ceremony is presented as absolute denial of religious baptism, but as a complement or alternative to it, depending on whether believers or unbelievers.
