The works of El Correo de AndalucĂa this morning visited Andalucian Ombudsman, JosĂ© Chamizo, who has applied mediation to negotiation to boost workforce has long been urging the company. Chamizo understood the instability experienced by staff and considered reasonable to require the company with a commitment to maintain employment during the term of ERE, especially when knowing that the staff agree that they cover voluntary redundancies that may occur within the workers' commitment to the viability of the newspaper. The Ombudsman also has been interested to know how are the workers and under what conditions is becoming the newspaper. The committee has reiterated, as the company moved that the wording is committed to publishing project that aims to put in place to enhance the product, but requires instead that the company take responsibility and give the staff the necessary stability to focus on their work without fear of further cuts in their labor rights.
The Ombudsman has agreed to try mediation required before the appropriate bodies to promote, to the extent of its possibilities, a satisfactory solution to this conflict that has lasted several months and that obviously affected the quality of the newspaper.
