The agreement in the ERE of Prisa TV ended with a commitment that only occur Buyouts, with compensation of 45 days per year worked, plus two full monthly salary (plus two months of paid leave) and support job search including job training by of the company. TV Prisa also negotiate guarantees for the outsourcing of services.
