MARINA PROPOSAL SUMMARY OF MOTIONS AND PP PSOE
Having received paths motions Municipal Socialist Group and the Municipal People's Party, which refer to aspects linked to local finance, in particular of our City of La Union, the undersigned wishes to make a proposal for synthesis of both motions in a single, consolidated, based on the following considerations:
1. Each of the motions, separately, contains elements that all groups, I think, share.
2. conversely, each of the motions, separately, contains aspects that can not be shared, in particular those policies that those ratings slide from regional and central governments.
3. In some of the documents addressed an issue that has already been addressed in previous motion passed unanimously but not in the same direction as set out therein.
4. Until now, when we have made demands for funding from other institutions, we have addressed, in the same document, all of them, given that both the central and regional government are responsible for the financial situation of the municipalities.
5. A single document and agreed by all groups, led to the two administrations, has a force which would have no separate documents, not approved by all political forces, and directed separately to the other administrations.
For the foregoing, it is submitted to the House the following
PROPOSED RESOLUTION
a) The Full Council of the Union requires the Government of the CCAA to approve a Special Fund with a special money to allocate to the municipalities exclusively for current expenditure, the total amounts that are to be taken from each municipality POS 2010. For our City, this means an additional fund of 120,000 euros, and the maintenance of the 240,000 euros for POS.
b) The full City Council calls upon the Government of the Nation VAT refund for the Plan E, in the municipality of La Union is the amount of EUR 411,000, respecting the very principles of his economic plan, and must go current spending for City Council The Union and payments to suppliers.
